Loading dock
All the raw materials that go into BioGABA arrive at our loading docks. Here they are checked against a purchase order and the supplier is verified.
Quarantine:
Then it’s a short trip to quarantine where each ingredient undergoes qualitative and quantitative analysis to make sure it is what is purported to be. This is no small feat. All raw materials must be tested and measured against the strict compliance codes of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP). We employ High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Infrared (IR) Spectroscopy, Ultraviolet/Visible (UV/Vis) Spectroscopy, Microbiological testing, Stability testing, and various other methods in order to ensure the safety, purity and effectiveness of all raw materials. Only now can the red quarantine label be exchanged for a green one indicating that the inspection process is complete.
Warehouse
Then it’s on to the main warehouse where all raw materials are stored until they are slotted in for production.
Weighing Area
On production day, the first step is to the weighing area where each ingredient is painstakingly weighed and individually transported to the blending or mixing area.
Blending and Mixing
Depending on the size of the production run, the ingredients may be blended in a blender or mixer ranging in size from something you might see in a bakery to one requiring a fork lift to load.
Tableting
Now the perfectly blended BioGABA formula is ready for tableting.
Cleaning and Inspection
Your BioGABA isn’t quite ready for that beautiful bottle quite yet. First the tablets must be cleaned and inspected for quality assurance.
Bottling and Packaging
Now and only now can these bins of tablets head for packaging.

Ironically, your BioGABA ends up right back where it started on the loading dock, ready for shipping.
